Our class is a combination of meditation and breathing techniques and we show you how to experience the power of your own breathing to free yourself from blockages and come into healing contact with your body and your emotions. You can achieve a state of deep relaxation and at the same time highest concentration and clarity. We create a space that gives you the security of making visible what you want to see and feel, and embark on a transformative journey of the senses and sensations.
In the subsequent Ecstatic Dance we integrate the free movement. It’s a kind of dance that can free itself from claims to beauty or courtship intentions. A dance that allows you to express yourself exactly as you feel without being rated or judged. Get to know your body in a completely new way in the free movement!
