Dress code in Austria/Germany
Hi just a quick question I notice most clubs in Austria and Germany have dress code after you arrive i.e. no street clothes I think the women part is quite clear, but interested in learning what men are expected to wear.
Hi, it really depends on the event. Fetish/kinky outfits are usually accepted.
Some events would require a suit or a nice shirt with elegant trousers. (+ a well groomed appearance)
Just keep in mind that street wear/ sneakers 99% of the time are a no go.

Thanks mate would you say that Fetish is more the norm where the club states no street clothes and suggest provocative clothing?

We've been to a couple of clubs in Austria and, even though there was a themed party on at least one of the occasions, a long-sleeve buttoned-up shirt with elegant pants and matching shoes for our male half (of course, brought with us in a bag, not worn in the street) got us in with no problem *g*

What we also noticed is that most of the clubs/party events are published on this site and the dresscode is described more ofthen than not.
